About the Coach

Growing up I was told I had ADHD, but no one ever explained to me what that meant. I was able to brute force my way through school and get by...until I couldn't.

When I hit that wall, I had no tools and no framework for what was happening. My mind felt impossible to manage, I couldn't sustain focus on anything that actually mattered, and eventually I burned out completely.

Everything shifted when I discovered meditation.

Meditation gave me something I'd never had before: the ability to actually direct my attention. The perfectionism softened. I went back to school and completed a second bachelor's in psychology, and now I'm pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology. Understanding how my mind works made all of that possible.

Now I help others make that same shift.

I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in ADHD, executive function, digital wellness, and meditation instruction.

I work with students and young professionals who feel scattered, stuck, or like they've been failing at basic life stuff for years. We figure out how your mind actually works. Then we build from there.

You're not broken. You just haven't had the right tools yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching is a process that helps you improve how you function and move toward the changes you want to make. It is collaborative work that builds awareness, opens up choice, and leads to change. At StediMind, that work is grounded in mindfulness and an understanding of how the ADHD mind operates. We use meditation and attention-training practices to help you see how your own mind works, so you can build the focus, steadiness, and life you want.

This program is not meant to diagnose mental illness, prescribe medication, or be used for urgent health crises. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for therapy, and coaches are not licensed medical professionals.

According to the American Psychological Association, psychotherapy refers to any psychological service provided by a licensed professional that primarily uses forms of communication and interaction to assess, diagnose, and treat dysfunctional emotional reactions, ways of thinking, and behavior patterns.

Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on goal attainment rather than decreasing symptoms or treating a disorder. It is meant to help people use their own resources to expand self-understanding, enact positive behavioral changes, and generate actionable solutions.

No. Many clients are self-identified or still being evaluated. What matters is that you recognize yourself in the ADHD experience and want strategies that work.

Coaching is offered in 20-session packages paid off on a monthly payment plan. You pay for 4 sessions per month for 5 months, and each payment adds 4 session credits to your account. Sessions are deducted as attended, and missed sessions count as a used credit.

If you feel you've met your goals or would like to end your coaching package early, we will refund 100% for paid sessions that you didn't use. Attended and missed sessions are nonrefundable. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to process.
